3 Years Today…

Awww… we’ve been married three years!

And I had to find out by opening the mail this morning as my Grammy sent me a very sweet card saying Happy Anniversary. 🙂 I then took the time out of my busy morning to call my dear sweet hubby to wish him Happy Anniverary.

We BOTH can’t remember this silly date! Argh! We both remember our ‘dating’ anniversary just fine and prefer that one. We should have gotten married on that date. *sigh* Oh well. 🙂 He proposed on that date! (November 4th) Up in Yosemite on our 3rd anniversary. I was so shocked. I could have sworn it would have taken him years longer but he shocked me! Made me hike up a huge mountain! This November we will have been together 7 years. Now married for 3. Have an almost 2 year old daughter. Fun fun.

All of our parents remembered our anniversary though. Every single one of them called to wish us well. I think they remember it very well because we made them fly out to Telluride on a little tiny propeller plane and land at the Telluride airport landing strip, which has been likened to a “banana peel” cause it’s so short and you have to stop really really quick otherwise you go over the mountain and crash. 🙂 It was *really* sad that we had to land at the Montrose airport an hour away which is on flat ground. heehee

We are going to go out for a nice dinner on Sunday when the cute sweet little monster is spending time with Grandma. 🙂 He also brought flowers for me when he came home tonight. So sweet! It’s been a great 3 years and (almost) 7 years!
