Ok, let’s get to the good stuff! If you want to read about our uneventful ultrasound though, scroll down!
First we found a haircut place next to the Cinamopolos theater (whatever their new name is) and get her bangs cut for the wedding! Yea!! Then, Sam went down a little late for her nap even though I tried to get her down early… (Even though she got up at 530am -eww) She went down around 130pm. I ended up waking her a little after 4pm and told her we were going to see Papa and go Trick or Treating with Grandma!
We went to Papa’s work and said Trick or Treat in her costume! hehe – Actually most of the people were gone from the office but we did see Gary and he gave her candy. That was her first experience and WOW was she amazed. She kept picking up the candy and looking at it and handing it to me. I would put it back in her basket. hahaha
So Papa came with us over to the Festival. Boy, that place was a madhouse! I’ve never been there on Halloween and I’m not sure I would ever go back, alone that is. Definitely with kids. Wow. Sam was a celebrity there! “Elmo! Elmo!” There were even twin girls around Sam’s age who wanted their picture taken with Elmo!!! hahahahah
Sam thought this basket full of candy thing was great and it was really fun to say “trick or treat!” or even in Sam-speak “Tick!”. She really loved it that Grandma JJ and Grandpa John were there! She was loving life! We saw tons of friends too. Piper, Hannah, and John-John to name a few! I even saw Lindsay Mann, whom I haven’t seen in years, and her little son.
We stayed there for about an hour while we had dinner at Daphne’s. I love that place. Justin hates it. 🙂 For the third time he’s been there. Oh well. Then we went home and Sam got dressed again to go out to a house or two while we waited for Grandma Sharon & Grandpa Truck to come over. They came over and then the kiddo went out again. I stayed home with Truck to pass out candy. Sam loved it! What a great time she had!
