I keep hearing more and more about disipline and naughty chairs, spots, rugs, rooms, etc. etc. etc. Luckily Sam is not a naughty girl… for now anyway. 🙂 I’m knocking on wood!
She does do this one thing that we constantly tell her not to though. She always runs over to the bathtub in our room (she takes a bath in there) and climbs up on the marble step and likes to play with the water spout. Sometimes she will just dance up on the ledge. So, she either will stumble backwards and fall off and hit her head, or fall forwards into the bathtub… Both situations are not that great. 🙂 So we are constantly telling her to ‘sit on her butt’ so she can simply sit on the ledge.
She totally KNOWS what we are talking about to. She will sit on her butt if we are looking at her. Other times she will start dancing and smiling at you. She knows she’s being naughty!
It’s pretty funny. We aren’t moving to any naughty spots though as that is not to bad and we watch her while she’s doing it. I just think it’s amusing that she knows she isn’t supposed to do that. It’s amazing how much these kids know and process and suddenly they will just start doing new things. It’s so cute.
Today we are going to the Discovery Science Center as they have a Sesame Street interactive fun thing going on for the next month or two. I have a feeling I might be going a few times cause it looks like so much fun! After that Sam is going to hang out with Grandma Sharon and we are going to a movie. Woohoo! We haven’t been to a movie for quite a long time. Although there is nothing good out (that Justin will see anyway!).
