Two years ago we were in Telluride, Colorado getting married. Wow! Times flies… So much has happened since then, including the birth of our perfect baby girl. Life is wonderful. We went out to eat at Mr. Stox, ‘our’ restaurant, and it was wonderful as always. With the exception of me having food poisoning (don’t go to Peppercorn Grille in Big Bear, bleah!). We talked about how it is slightly worrisome that life seems so perfect now, what may happen in the future? I think though, that life will ALWAYS be perfect for us, because we will be able to handle anything that happens, together.
Justin also surprised me with a beautiful diamond bracelet, oh la la!! And then when we got to his Mom’s house to pick up the sugarbug (ahem, Sam), he had me hunting in the backseat for a ‘package’ for his mom, which was actually a MATCHING diamond RING! What a generous husband I have. They are beautiful though. Very unique and sparkly 🙂 I will be sure to show them off soon!
I would post more about my food posioning (but you really don’t want to hear about it), Sam sleeping through the night at Big Bear (but she stopped once we got home), the bad business practices of Borders (see previous post for a glimmer of understanding)… but I am tired and have actual work to do and sleep to get.
