My fav would be okra.. when it’s fried..haha! guess that wont help you tho.
It is a toss up between asparagus and artichokes.
I’m not a huge cooked vegetable fan. I love raw veggies like raw broccoli, romaine lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, tomatoes, and cucumbers. So basically, I’m into salads.
I love spinach!
I absolutely love zuccini!! I love it in recipes, breaded, fried, steamed, as bread, etc. What’s even great is that it grows very easily during summer and just one plants produces tons!!
Chocolate isn’t a vegetable, right? I’m old school, good old fashioned potatoes would be my fav. Fried, baked, mashed, it’s all good. Versatile, yummy, inexpensive, what could be better? Chocolate covered fries? Nah.
Corn, never get tired of it! Sooo many ways to cook it. So many dishes to add corn too. I love love corn. Just tried a mexican tuna fish sandwich that included corn in the mix, it was actually really good.
Carrot and broccoli !
That’s hard to decide, I like so many. Sugar snap peas are great.
I used to hate vegetables so of course I recently became a vegetarian, wow how age changes us. My favorite vegetable right now is Spaghetti Squash, can’t get enough of it.
Soooo not a veggie fan. I guess corn (on the cob) even though that’s not even a good vegetable!
I really love cauliflower! 🙂
I would have to say asparagus and cucumbers. And for the veggie masquerading as a carb: potatoes. 😉
Fresh Green Beans. Yummy!!
eggplant. I love it.
Around here the kids are loving zucchini, and today I snuck brussels sprouts into the pasta bowl!
