Hi you cute little G boy. We have Sammie saying ‘G’ now. In fact, she sometimes says Mr G!
Anyway, your 6th month appointment was today, a little early.
Stats for G:
Birth: 7.6lbs, 20in
2 Month: 12.9lbs, 23 3/4in
4 Month: 15.10, 26 in
6 Month: 17.15, 27 1/2in
Stats from Sam:
Birth: 7.1 lbs, 20 in
2 Month: 10.6, 22 1/4 in
4 Month: 13.6, 24 in
6 Month: 15.9, 25 1/2 in
He is at the 50% for weight and 85% for height. Moving down a bit. Actually around the same percentiles as what Sam was, even though he is two pounds heavier! I guess boys are supposed to be bigger.
I asked about his head – because I have srsly gotten 3 comments in the past two months about ‘what a big head he has’ and it’s in the 80% mark. *hmph*
He tooks his shots like a pro. Sam got a shot too.
What’s really funny here is that Sam has a Dr kit that she plays with all the time and loves to give shots. So when the Dr said, it’s flu season do you want to give her a flu shot? I said, sure why not. So I warned her.
“Sam, you are going to get 1 shot and G is going to get 4 shots, ok?”
“No, I want TEN shots”
hahaha – When the nurse came in though she hid in the corner. Weird, she doesn’t do that for the Dr. But she sat down and they put it in her arm and she cried and then bounced back. I told her she could have ice cream at Grandma Nana’s house later so she was happy with that. Then we went to dance class.
It was a busy day. By 11am, I was crazy. G seems to have done ok today. No need for tylenol so that is good. He needed it the past two times but hopefully he’s growing out of it.
Watched Grey’s last night. Pretty good! Going to watch Survivor now!
Waterpark tomorrow!! YAYAY!!

But how is the hair????
It is beeyoutiful. Chopped 4in off and it is warmly brown at the top to hide my roots with the blonde still around. Works for now!
Wow. It seems like only yesterday Baby G was born. (Okay, I haven’t been by your blog in a while.)
The kids are adorable!
What a great idea to record the well-baby checkups on your blog. I, of course, wrote down everything for Esther, my first, and now all of Isla’s (my second) information is just kind of forgotten by the time we get home from the pediatrician’s office. Sigh.
